Responsibilities:
1.Makes appointments, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements and coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
2.Answers telephones, screens calls and forwards messages. Answers routine correspondence and routes mail to the appropriate persons.
3.Composes, prepares, edits and proofreads letters, reports and other correspondence.
4.May support one or more managers and/or staff in a department or may support multiple departments
5.Under minimal supervision and acting on own initiative and direction, provides administrative support for one or more departments or administrative units.
6.Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data and prepares reports/recommendations for action by superior.
7.As assigned, may research and compile information for routine and moderately complex reports and special assignments.
Requirements:
1. able to work 4-5 days a week
2. good command of English, (Oral, Listening and Writing)
3. able to on board ASAP
