Business Model Innovation (BMI) Intern (商业模式创新部门实习生，实习时间最少3-4个月)
名副其实高大上的职位，适合个性偏向creative & aggressive、有passion，喜欢brainstorming的同学，想想把自己的创新idea付诸到实际操作时的成就感吧！想涉足咨询类行业、实现职业梦想、真正通过实习学到东西的同学绝对不能错过！视绩效有留用机会的哟！
当然啦，职位要求也是相对比较高的。理工科背景优先。Teamleader是一个新加坡人，传闻可以无间隙的穿插中英文讲话，所以对于英语听说的能力要求比较高。
总的来说百特公司氛围很好，公司内部对实习生还是很照顾的，每天也比较充实。每个月有集体生日小party，特定节日还会由各部门组织活动（e.g. 圣诞节等）。如果有幸还会有大Boss请吃饭的机会。总体来说还是能够学到很多的，更何况是BMI Intern！

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Work closely with BMI China team focusing on the various on-going projects, together with local franchises and other internal stakeholders within Baxter China
* Daily project management activities include documentation of meeting minutes, desktop and field research, cross functional communication, liaisons with external partners and stakeholders (vendors, hospital HCPs etc.)
* Where applicable, this position holder is also expected to contribute with his / her academic specialty knowledge, including but not limited to:
- industrial design, graphic design, architecture
- computer science (preference for software & app developers), mechanical/electrical engineering, product engineering
- advertising, journalism, political science, literature
- M.B.A., commerce, marketing/communications
Qualification：

* Strong strategic and analytical skills
* Strong entrepreneurial passion—“scrappy” business builder, creator of new ideas/ organizations/ models

* Mandarin fluency required
