 蓓尚服饰贸易(上海)有限公司招聘行政助理
 
 Directly report to Administration Supervisor, your missions are:
 
 
 
 - Answer/ transfer phone call, filter professional phone call and advertisement, make notes and inform missing call
 - Visitor reception and registration
 - Delivery/ receipt/ recording/ distribution of fax, document, letter, courier, etc.
 - Office supplies ordering and management: water& drinks, stationery, etc.
 - Assistance to business trip arrangement: hotel reservation, ticket booking (flight ticket, train ticket, etc.), restaurant reservation, work meal ordering, documents preparation for visa application.
 - Weekly meeting room arrangement
 - Internal document hand out/ recording/ transfer/ filing
 - Assistance to company's activity/ event
 - Translation work ( in oral and written)
 - Other coordination work assigned by Administration Supervisor
 
 
 
 
 Requirement:
 
 
 
 - Bachelor degree with major in Management, International Trade or related.
 - Good English both in oral and written
 - Good PC skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
 - Motivated, independent, self-driven work attitude and willing to learn
 - Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
