Responsibilities:
(1)Under talent management manager’s instruction to Lead the process of hiring new employees and initiative interviews
(2) Lead on boarding and trainings for early talents
(3) Responsible for Process rotations, retentions. etc for early talents
(4)Update HR report
(5)Other projects initiatives related to early talent that assigned
Requirement:
(1)English, Psychology, Human Resources major are preferred;
(2)Master students who will graduate in 2015;
(3)Good English communication skills;
(4)3 working days each week at least;
(5) Careful, hardworking and cautious working attitude.
