Our R&D Center in Shanghai, China is currently looking for a dedicated and talented individual to join their team as
R&D Sensory Analysis Intern
As the successful applicant, you will join the Sensory research team for 4 to 6 months at least 3 day per week and be responsible for the generation of reliable sensory data on incoming raw materials.

Job Responsibility
The incumbent will:
• Prepare incoming samples (chemical, food or plant) for sensory analysis by methods such as dilution.
• Smell and taste incoming samples (chemical, food or plant).
• Prepare questionnaire for panelist, conduct the panel.
• Acquire reliable sensory data from the prepared samples.

Profile
Qualified applicants will have the following profile:
• Fresh graduate or candidate with major in Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmacy or other related disciplines.
• Interest and passion in smelling and tasting samples (ingredients or foods), basic experience of olfactive and taste description is preferred.
• High attention to detail, great reliability when following pre-established procedures.
• Proactive safety awareness.
• Good planning skills and high work efficiency.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Good communication, team player.
