Job Description (Exhibition center assistant manager)
The  Exhibition center assistant manager  for Vanke real estate  management  (万科
物业管理) responsibilities include:
Overseeing, leading and developing the whole service team;
Ensuring consistent cleanliness standards apply in the  public area, heart of sales
center areas & so on;
Providing assistance to  guest inquiries and requests.  
This  role  is  responsible  for  ensuring  tasks  and  special  projects  are  assigned  and
executed  thoroughly  and  ensure  compliance  with  company’s  policies   and
procedures.
The  ideal  candidate  would  be  energetic,  self -motivated,  detail  oriented  and
have  a  passion  for  giving  guests  an  exceptional  experience!   The  ideal
candidate would be comfortable leading change and accountability.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The  individual  must  possess  the  following  knowledge,  skills  and  abilities  and  be
able to explain and demonstrate  that he  can perform  the essential functions of
the  job,  with  or  without  reasonable  accommodation,  using  some  other
combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Must be able to speak and understand the primary language (Mandarin) used in
the workplace. Reading and writing ability preferred.
Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a
team leader. There is minimal direct supervision.
The candidate must possess basic computational ability.   
The candidate must possess basic computer skills.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education
High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience
One-year  hospitality  service  experience  required.  Supervisory  experience
preferred.
Licenses or Certificates
Not applicable.

Male
Grooming
All employees must  maintain a neat, clean and well -groomed appearance per
Vanke standards.
