Business Title: Web Engineering Intern

Primary Job Responsibilities
This is an Engineering position in the Global Data Infrastructure Team as an Engineering Services Engineer focusing on Web Portal Development. This position will mainly be responsible to support internal development of Self Service Analytics platform and related tools.

Job Requirements
- Develop new Web applications through packaged and customized applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems are integrated.
- Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
- Develop internal Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve analytics information.
- Participate in dynamic priority setting sessions.
- Conduct all user acceptances testing, and report results.
- Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use.
- Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn.

Basic Qualifications
-Strong web development experience on Javascript and troubleshoot skill on latest web development architecture.
- Must be a proven top performer that enjoys challenging assignments in a dynamic and fast growing workplace.
- Active team player to be able to work with different functional groups within the organization.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organization skills to effectively resolve Production issues in a timely manner.
- Good programming skills & problem solving skills
- Good understanding of OO concept. Experience with JAVA or PHP or other OO programming language is preferred.
- Good understanding of software development life-cycle methodologies
- Passion in software development
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good team work spirit. Easy to get along with
