Job Description: Marketing and Sales Intern (Shanghai)

Bicom Optics is looking for a talented, proactive intern to join the international sales team in our Shanghai office. The candidate will be fully involved in the routine work of the overseas sales dept. and will take partial responsible for the document preparation and project coordination.

Bicom Optics is a leading LED secondary optical designer and manufacturer committed to supplying highly precision-engineered optics to the fast-growing LED lighting industry. We are strategically partnered with brand LED manufacturers, incl. Lumileds, Osram, Cree, LG etc. Our long-term customers include Philips, GE, Osram, OPPLE, NVC etc.

Qualification:
-- Native English speaker or can speak English at a native/proficiency level;
-- Being able to communicate in Chinese for daily conversation;
-- An enrolled university student or a fresh graduate is preferred;
-- Engineering background and/or language major is preferred;
-- Can work at least three days per week at office;
-- Team player with friendly personality.

Job Responsibilities:
-- Co-editing, translating and read proofing company documents (commercial and technical files, company newsletters etc.) ;
-- Participating in the arrangements of international trade fairs, workshops etc.
-- Co-hosting foreign clients and conducting interpretation if needed;
-- Supporting salespeople in pre- and after-sales activities;
-- Other assigned work etc.
