METRO POTENTIALS program is the next step you’ll need to take. In two years you will rotate through five different phases, three to six months each. Two of the phases will be taking part abroad, one of these will be in the company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany). During these different phases you will work on different projects and receive on-the-job training in order to grow your business and leadership skills.
