1. Merchant Operation Support Agent
Work with business partners to support analytics for PayPal APAC on infrastructure, business measurement and business insight development for Internet Marketing, Relationship Marketing, CRM, etc.
Apply business intelligence tools to develop robust data platform to support various lines-of-business and channels. Measure ongoing business performance by reporting and understand key drivers.
Communicate insights and support analytical / business partners.
Provide technical expertise in data manipulation, measuring business performance and running research using advanced approach.
Support ad-hoc projects, collaborate with global teams and take part in international projects.
简单说这个职位是做数据分析的，必须要有数据分析经验，实习经验也可以。
2. Lead Gen Profiler
Qualifying and profiling sales leads based on the list of provided unqualified sales leads. (60%)
Loading qualified leads into the sales support application, in this case, Salesforce.com. (20%)
Support the sales team with other sales and pipeline related tasks. (20%)
简单说这个职位是偏marketing的，support telesales team开拓市场，寻找更多渠道，判断leads validation. 还有一部分reporting工作。
3. Business Consultant(Telesales Representative)
Job Duties
-Working directly with merchants on the phone to respond to qualified leads regarding the PayPal product. (50%)
-Working directly with merchants on the phone or via email to address and resolve merchants’ questions, concerns and issues. (30%)
-Working with sales applications to ensure pipelines are accurate and to assist team and management with sales related activities. (20%)
Requirements:
-1 to 2 years relevant work experience required
-1+ years proven and strong inbound and outbound sales experience within a fast paced target oriented environment required
-1+ years sales or business development experience in one or more of the following areas: internet company, financial institution, payments processor, or telemarketing firm preferred
