Intel Open Source Technology Center (OTC) in Shanghai is focusing on open source software development, including Linux, virtualization, etc.

Virtualization is the future of IT and core of Cloud.

We're now hiring interns for Linux virtualization validation and test framework development. The scope of the work covers basic functional and performance testing for Linux open source VMM （Virtual Machine Monitor） like KVM/Xen, also some software development for the automatic test cases and test framework.
In our VMM project, you will work with top level Engineers world-wide inside Intel and outside from open source community. You will learn development model of opensource community and great test approach of automation, in your daily work, which is tightly bound with opensource communities like Kernel/KVM and Xen. Qualifications:
- Familiar with Linux/Unix programming environment and command line.
- Good at one or more programming languages (e.g. C, Shell, Python, PHP).
- Use experience for virtual machine (e.g. KVM, Xen, VMware, VirtualBox) is a good plus.
- Software testing knowledge or passion for testing is a good plus.
- Operation system knowledge is another plus.
- Make sure you can work at least 4 days a week and last at least 6 months (longer, better).
