SQM Team Assistant(质量管理部门助理)
Responsibilities:
1Work as coordinator in SQ team.
2Arrange the related training for team members.
3Assist for evaluating the performance on every member.
4Collect the overtime and leaving for team members.
5Training the general working procedure on the new employee.
Requirement:
1Bachelor degree.
2Professional expertise; Communication knowledge. IT tools and methods; Languages; Giving
presentations/Chairing meetings;
3Assistance experience is plus.
As a person you are assertive, proactive and result-oriented, and you have a structured and hands-on approach to complex tasks. You thrive in an international environment and possess excellent communication and English skills both orally and in writing.
Good intellect, efficiency and cooperation.
