Job Title: Storage IOA Software Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Job description:
Storage IOA team is a very important team with fast growth for flash storage and SSD technology IBM STG China Lab. The team focuses on end to end system software development to enable IBM cutting-edge pure SSD Drawer.
This exciting position will have opportunity to work on software design, implementation, unit test and function verification test for flash storage software including firmware, driver, and application.

Required Skills:
- Excellent programming skills in C/C++
- Solid OO concept for new component design or existed component refactoring
- Smart, quick learner and strong analytical skills
- Solid knowledge from one of following areas:
  Kernel or driver or network protocol
  HW architecture like X86 or ARM or MIPS
  One of file system in Windows or Linux or UNIX
- Extensive knowledge or experience in a range of storage technologies, at least one of below areas:
  SAN / NAS / Fiber Channel
  RAID / SCSI / SAS / SATA
  VMware / XEN / KVM
- Knowledge in SSD technology is a big plus
- Excellent team player
- Master graduate in 2016 is a plus
