Admin Assistant - Alcatel-Lucent Asia Pacific headquarters-Shanghai
Job Description
- Get approvals for travel requests and approve various team requests
- Help on team’s travels:book flight&hotel,get visa
- receive visitors,prepare invitation letter and visitor offices
- Help in various meetings,workshops and team activities.
- Manage office supplies,including stationery,business cards,etc…
- Be as the interface between the team members and the function teams around APAC region
- Help on the other requests asked by the team members
Qualifications
Excellent English (both written and spoken,both roles need to work in an international environment)
Can promise to take internship at least 4 days per week and stay for 6 months.
Needs to be proactive, take initiative when needed
Needs to manage issues independently and know whom to involve
Excellent communication skills
8月开始,不过八月份工作不多,也可9月份开始。专业不限,开学后要能保证每周四天,持续六个月。
公司有免费班车,提供午饭。
