ShìJué Mǎ is looking for a Sales intern who is hungry for learning and wants to understand the revolution in the global QR Code market, especially in China. We're looking for someone who is a hunter, doors opener, loves hands-on sales and if possible has some sales related experience.  If you're such a person, you can expect a dynamic and fast-paced work experience in a fun startup company that is going places and you will learn from a team with diversity- people from Israel, China and people with very different background from technology, product management or MBAs.

Requirements:
The intern opportunity will potentially lead to a full time position based on performance and the development of the Shijuema.com itself
4 days a week be required as a minimum and  intern program at least for 6-8 months – working during weekend possible based on ongoing projects
Extensive training be provided, sense of responsibility and ownership be needed

Job description responsibilities:
Serve inbound calls from prospective customers for questions, have the sense for why the prospect customer to ask such questions and follow up properly to convert it into customers
Place outbound calls to prospective customers, position well for Shijuema products, develop the ongoing relationships, possible closing deals.
Serve QQ online supporting from Shijuema.com, properly take it, put it into different categories and answers all questions or escalate to proper internal team to take care of  it.
Actively thinking how to better serve clients, develop sales leads, pipeline and how to set up the standard of customer service

Desired Experience & Skills:
Communication - Native Chinese speaker; Good command of English with no problem in oral English communication and writings (High scores in TOEFL/IELTS, CET 6 or above);
Proactive working attitude- be willing to learn, ask right questions and execute on a timely fashion
Potential ability to develop and manage pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects to clients.
Self-driven, confident and analytical as well as possess excellent presentation and communication skills
