For detailed information, please visit www.clavisinsight.com The role of the eCommerce Assistant Graduate/Intern is to assist Clavis as we expand and develop in China. This internship is available for qualified candidates residing in China or Chinese graduates from Ireland or the UK seeking to return to China to pursue career opportunities. This position will be temporary (six months or according to the candidate’s availability given study obligations), but may result in permanent employment if expectations are met. Role & Responsibilities The eCommerce Assistant Graduate/Intern will report to the President of Clavis China and will also work closely with the Clavis Customer Success Team and Sales Directors in Dublin, Ireland, and the US. The role will include but is not limited the following activities: Ø Preparation of Clavis reports and insights to customer personnel Ø Assistance with training and education for customer personnel on Clavis metrics and how to analyze, interpret and apply them successfully in their business Ø Identify relevant trends, conduct follow up analysis and prepare visualisations for the client Ø Day to day implementation and management of action plans Ø Provide input and feedback to other Clavis functions – including product management, customer support, sales management, and general management Ø Assistance with market research Ø General administrative assistance to the President of Clavis China Skills & Experience: Ø Scholastic or working experience in an eCommerce environment Ø Scholastic or working experience in the FMCG/CPG sector Ø Strong technical skills Ø Excellent ability with all basic software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, database tools etc.) and ability to prepare presentations and reports Ø FLUENCY in English and Chinese, both written and spoken Ø Energy, passion, and a desire to work and possibly pursue a career in a dynamic and rapidly-developing industry in China Ø Willingness to “jump in” and get the job done in a flexible, fast-paced working environment How to apply: So if this sounds like you or sounds like the type of people/environment you’d like to be a part of, then send your resume to Tina (at tshen@wang-li.com).
