Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new employee onboarding package preparation.
负责新员工入职准备
2. Responsible for instructing new employee to sign and fill out relevant files.
负责指导新员工签订劳动合同，入职沟通。
3.Responsible forsupporting other standard operating procedure.
负责协助其他标准HR operation工作流程。
4. Responsible for Recruitment assistant, including intervier arrangement, hiring process support and etc.
负责协助招聘，包括面试安排，其他招聘流程协助等。
5. Responsible for HR training support, including NEO training.
负责协助培训工作安排，包括新员工入职培训等。
9. Maintain the HR systems.
维护HR系统。

Qualifications:
1.Sound in both English and Chinese, written and oral
中英文听说读写能力优秀。
2.Be careful and patient,good communication skills, team work spiritl Meticulous, flexible and quick-learning with high sense of responsibility
工作细心耐心，沟通能力较好，擅长团队协作，学习能力较强，有责任感。
3.Good command of computer skills
会运用办公软件。
4.HRM intern experience is a plus, but not a must
有HR方面实习经验更佳，但不是必要条件

Requirements:
1.The third year of undergraduate, first or second year of postgraduate
大三或者研一、研二时间充裕的学生。
2.Can work 4+ days a week
能够一周工作4至5天。
3.Can be on board ASAP and six months guaranteed.
9月份开始上岗，能够保证6个月实习期。

说明：1.纯美资企业，对英语水平要求较高。
