岗位职责/Responsibilities:
1. 面试安排与协调;
Assist recruiting team in interview arrangement;
2. 全面负责实习生招聘流程;
Responsible for intern recruitment;
3. 在招聘网站上筛选相关职位的候选人简历;
CV screening on the websites;
4. 发布相关岗位的职位说明;
Post Job descriptions on internal or external job board;
5. 接待来访人员;
Receive visitors and candidates;
6. 提供必要的后勤支持及办公室行政事宜,包括安排面试、做会议记录等。
Provide administrative support to HR team, including interview arrangement and taking meeting minutes, etc.
岗位要求/Requirement:
1. 对人力资源感兴趣,最好是人力资源专业或有相关经验;
Interested in HR. HR major or experience a plus.
2. 有责任心,踏实、细致有时间观念,有较强的学习能力与工作主动性;
Responsible, patient and careful; have strong learning ability and working initiative;
3. 有良好的人际沟通能力与团队合作意识;
Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit;
4. 有人力资源相关的实习经验;
Have HR related internship working experience;
5. 熟悉MS办公软件Word,Excel,PowerPoint;
Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
6. 良好的英语能力,有大学英语六级证书;
Excellent English with CET-6 certificate
7. 每周保证实习4-5个工作日,可持续5-6个月以上(2016年毕业研究生优先考虑)
Can work 4-5 days per week, for 5-6 months. (2016 graduate preferred)
