Job Description
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will work closely with Software Technical Marketing Engineer (SW TME) to validate, release, enable and support Intel Education Solutions (IES) for global deployments.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Windows and/or Android software validation and release on new IA tablets and/or notebooks
- Verification, analysis, file and resolve of customer reported issues
- Technical support to global customers on Intel Education Software
- Documentation of the user guide, processes, bugs, etc.

Qualifications:
You should possess a technical Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is preferred). Additional qualifications include:
- Basic software development and debug skills in Windows and Android
- Patient. Like hands-on working. Pay attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated on problem solving. Willingness to take challenges and deliver good result.
- Demonstrated leadership in project or people will be an added advantage
-at least 3 days/week for 1 year
