Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
Description:
We belong to IT Engineering Computing Group and focus on Intel’s Lab Solution development. Our product currently focus on intelligent Lab Private Cloud (iLab), which provide self on-demand cloud resource, like computing, network and storage to all Intel internal engineers.
We are looking for a recent college graduate software developer located in Shanghai to be part of the agile development team to meet the requirements of different usage models from each BU, deliver soild and high quality product that will help them accelate the TTM of Intel’s product.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess a Master degree with the ability to learn new programming languages quickly and also have mid-level skills and experience in some of the following programming/technical areas:
- Excellent skills on one programming languages with 4-5 years’ experience. Experienced in PHP at least 1 year. C#, Python are preferred.
- Alternatively to above: Be proficient in front end skill like JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, Knockout, NodeJS, Responsive Design, etc.
- Data Structures and Software architecture design methods and techniques, design principle/pattern familiarity would be a plus.
- Database Design and Programming (MSSQL as mandatory or MYSQL as a plus).
- Strong familiarity with Windows, Linux operating systems as well as network technologies from a programmer's perspective.
- Understand OpenStack, Hyper-V, VMware, and other Cloud computing acknowledge, like cloud computing, SDN, distributed cloud storage, etc.
- familiar with software development process, strong Agile methodology understanding would be a plus.
In addition the above technical skills, the ideal candidate should have strong communication, team working, and English speaking skills. This would include collaborating with peer development teams at other locations to complete common projects.
