Job description for the position:
1.         Take responsible of sending VAT invoice to customer and record.
2.         External cartridge
3.         Back up other Customer Service team members when needed.
4.         Arrange and coordinating external cartridge shipment.
5.         File import & export documents.
6.         Performs other duties assigned by team leader.
Core competencies the person should have.
1.University degree in business English, logistic or other related majors
2. 3rd year Bachelor student preferred.
3. Excellent skill of Microsoft Excel, Word.
4. Independent and hard working with good communication skill.
5. Experience in SAP system is preferred.
