1/C&B HR intern Job Description
• Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for  C&B team daily activities, including trip, payment, meeting arrangements
- Assist in compensation basic analysis   
- Support benefit implementation and vendor management
- Support C&B projects, design slides and draft documents, etc.
• Education, Qualifications and Skills:
- A Junior student in the university, especially with the main focus on Science and/or    Human Resources.
- HR Services/HRIS internship in international teams is a plus.
- Detail oriented, patient, proficient communication skills and fast learning.
- English language skills, fluent in written and spoken form, plus local language requirements.
- Skillful in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Can work at least 3 working days every week and keep full attendance in summer/winter vacation.
- The workplace is based in Shanghai.
注：要求至少三天，prefer 大三，寒暑假可以坚持实习

2/Payroll 实习生
公司地点：上海市浦东新区峨山路软件园9号楼
职位描述：
• 能够很好的协助本部门同事在规定时间内做好常规复印、扫描、打印等批量离职材料的工作；
• 掌握SAP系统的基本运用，例如GHP、CRM；
• 根据团队要求，完成系统EFP的操作并确保上传内容的准确性和完整性；
• 每周将部门已全部完成手续的离职员工进行名单汇总，并完成P-File归档的检查；
•  根据团队要求，准确填写离职证明寄件地址信息并同时做好单号记录；
•  其他工作安排若有；
要求：踏实稳定 每周至少三天

3/Recruiting associate 实习生
公司地点：上海市浦东新区峨山路软件园9号楼
Recruiting Associate intern（常规实习生）
-准备入职材料合同包；
-与员工确认快递收件地址并寄送合同；
-将员工寄回的入职材料上传至电子系统；
-将入职材料整理成档案并入柜；
Recruiting Associate intern（项目实习生）
-准备材料包；
-寄收材料，核查材料签署有无问题；
-登记整理员工信息；
-搬运材料；
上传材料至电子系统。

-要求每周至少3全天 6个月实习期
-本科及以上学历
-对HR感兴趣
-踏实耐心 吃苦耐劳


Accounting 行政实习生
公司地点：上海市浦东新区峨山路软件园9号楼
职位描述：
--拍摄照片，更新公司网站信息
--制作ppt，协助team完成presentation
--其他行政性事物
要求：
1. At least 3.5-4 working days per week at Bayer Office and be able to on board at the end of Oct or at the beginning of Nov(ie. Nov 3)
2. Good English (both written and oral) and be able to compose news article in English
3. Good at PPT and Word(with real practical experience)
4. be able to work as Intern at Bayer for at least 4 months
