职位描述：
Working frequently：4 days/week
Duration：6 months

Job Responsibilities：
1.     Responsible for sourcing team metrics data collection and analysis
2.     Responsible for communicating with team on the metrics
3.     Responsible for optimize the sourcing process
4.     Other administration

Requirements：
1.     Mechanical/Industry engineer/Financial/economy
2.     Good in excel, word, and outlook
3.     Good communication skill
