Job Descriptions:
1. Work for corporate IT, end user service team. Mainly support Touch IT program which focuses on end user engagement;
2. Administrate and manage Windows based environment, including monitoring, remediation, proactive maintenance, and problem resolution;
3. Provide end-to-end customer, client, partner support with defined services level agreement;
4. Establish and define business critical process ;
5. Asset management;
6. Daily IT helpdesk.
Job Requirements:
1. Great passion on new technology, fast learning and quickly absorbing;
2. Excellent communication and group collaboration, strong problem analyze and resolve skills;
3. Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is highly desired;
4. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, E-commerce or relevant department;
5. Excellent written and verbal English skills;
6. At least 3 working days per week available.
