PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
•        Get involved in various kinds of projects and become familiar with the process of software design and development, tools supporting and problem shooting.
•        Evaluate and analyze third-party software products.
•        Participate in defining, developing, and managing the software development models, and cooperate with colleagues across different departments and time zones to solve the problems.
•        Work with other team members to collect and analyze the business requirements, which should be properly documented and validated against the product deliverables.
•        Prioritize the tasks to ensure the products are delivered on time and in good quality.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•        Outstanding university degree or equivalent, preferable in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
•        Good working attitude and possess quick learning ability.
•        Team player and can also think independently.
•        Familiar with JAVA, HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT and Oracle is a plus.
•        Good English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking is a plus.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE
•        Good understanding of the software development life cycle and Scrum methodology
