eBay Global Customer Service engineering team is looking for a passionate engineer to build the platform for customer support tools. It is suitable for students with strong technical capability and commitment who are seeking an opportunity to deliver high quality product in a leading e-commerce company.
Job responsibilities:
• Design and develop tools and processes to improve system efficiency and stability
• Develop and maintain automation scripts with Selenium, Java and Javascript
• Proactively escalate/solve problems, suggest improvements
• Work effectively with globally distributed teams in multiple different time zones
Job requirements:
• Major in computer science or the related fields
• Available at least 4 days per week
• Good understanding in software development lifecycle
• Experienced in object-oriented programming
• Familiar with Java, Javascript, XML, HTML, XSL and basic Windows/UNIX system administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good communication skills, , experiences in social activities are appreciated
