Primary Job Responsibilities
•       Evaluate the impact from both internal(product change, program change or other ebay policy change) and external events(external competition, regulation change, etc.).
•       Diagnose the business change and find out the potential opportunities to improve the business.
•       Design and develop reports or dashboards to monitor GC business performance.
•       Dig the business insights and learnings behind the data.

Job Requirements
•       Strong logical thinking and can think out of the box.
•       Good MS Office skills (e.g. pivot tables, advance functions, statistics, data manipulation, Visual Basic, etc.)
•       Familiar with SQL coding, database query (e.g. Teradata, MS Access, MySQL, etc.). Other statistical programs and data mining software are a strong plus
•       Understanding of the internet and e-commerce in general, of eBay in particular.
•       Excellent team work spirit.
•       A sense of humor, personal integrity, humility.
•         Math/Statistics/Computer science/EE background is preferred.
•         Better graduate in 2016, master is preferred.
