m is looking for one intern to assist AE for customer on-site support. The can
didate will majorly focus on customers' ODM factory on-site support. In the fa
ctory, the candidate will work with customer engineers to debug system level i
ssues, including collect failing log, analyze the symptom, and try different s
olutions to narrow down/root cause the issue, etc. The ODM factory is located
in Songjiang, Shanghai.
Qualification:
- Customer orientation. In-time response to customers' on-site support request
. Be ready for "same-day" on site support.
- Good knowledge of Intel x86 architecture. Experience of ITP/XDP debug tool w
ould be an added advantage.
- Good English written and verbal communication. Good interpersonal communicat
ion with both internal and customer engineers.
- Linux/OSX programming experience would be an added advantage.
