General Description:

Manages production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to high volume production.

Interfaces with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve problems.

Sustains products with cost reduction and yield improvements.


Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor degree and major in EE;

Familiar with programing and reading the code with C++/Python/Perl and can create test script for debugging;

Understanding of NAND structure and operation, strong FA experience on system level and schematic interpretation skill;

Understanding of USB product test process and USB product structure and protocol, yield continuous improvement skills;

Problem-solving skill with DOE and analytical skills by data plot, familiar with JMP is plus

Ability to work well with people, achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, Self-motivated;

Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with proactive attitude;

Good in written and verbal English;
