Job Description:
In this position, you will be the admin assistant intern of a software development team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Resource for information and procedure
• Organize and plan team events internal and outside
• Prepare Visitor's itinerary
• Arrange meetings and logistics related
• Keep and update public files and documents, as well as virtual software licenses
• Maintain and update Org. chart
• Check and track Lab and team assets irregularly
• Raise purchasing request for team
• Coordinate hiring activities and schedule interviews
• New hire integration
• Be flexible as required
Qualifications:
1. Graduate students in the 2nd year are highly preferred.
2 Can work >= 4days per week
3. Strong interests in supporting team in a fast paced high-tech environment
4 Exceptional written and verbal communications skill both in Chinese and English
5. Proven mastery of office applications including Word, Excel and PPT
