Are you currently a law student in Shanghai? Are you good at finding information online? Have you ever worked as a writer? Have you ever lived outside Mainland China? Do you have an interest in the shipping, yachting, intellectual property, and/or aviation industries? Can you research UK case law and write an appeal route for arbitration cases? Can you help analyze potential joint ventures, perform market research and sector analysis? Do you have an interest in investment banking or mergers and acquisitions (M&A)?

Preferred Skills:
MICROSOFT OFFICE, LEGAL RESEARCH TOOLS
Languages Spoken: Strong English and Fluent Chinese

Prefer a current law school student or recent graduate from somewhere close to Hongqiao.
