Job Responsibilities:
The Business Management Intern will be responsible for creating customer facing educational contents, perform fundamental analytical tasks in Excel, and perform research for eBay policy enforcement.
Job Requirements
•Business, language, statistics, computer science, or finance backgrounds ideal
•Must have very strong communication skills: conflict resolution, stakeholder management, negotiation, customer satisfaction, diplomacy, rapport building, and decision making
•Able to clearly and concisely articulate a series of logical arguments
•Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, VBA, SAS (Ideal)
•Fluency in Mandarin & English (pass CET 6)
Work Location: 16F, Raffle City, No 268, Xizang Road, Shanghai
Shift Requirement: 3 days a week, willing to work 8 month and plus;
