Position: Business Web Application Engineer
Team: SAP Globalization Services – Operations and Cross Functions

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Globalization Services is the differentiating factor in winning in the Cloud globally and SAP’s door openers in new and emerging markets.
SAP GS guarantees legal compliance to our customers and translates SAP solutions into 40 different languages expanding SAP’s regional reach and this is THE competitive advantage versus competitors.
GS enables a larger addressable market for SAP through a uniquely global team with a blend of different cultures and locations

The Operations and Cross Functions team within SAP GS is
•        Facilitating portfolio development & planning
•        Providing the unit reporting framework
•        Defining the quality framework and driving the execution
•        Providing product document enabling customers implementation of GS solutions

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

•        Maintenance of existing reporting framework based on SAP BO Platform;
•        Support development and design of new content
•        Documentation on existing or new contents
•        Management and end user support
•        Working in an global team across locations

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

•        Have deep interest in different Business Analysis tools;
•        Familiar with Microsoft Excel
•        Familiar with SQL/other database technology
•        Familiar with HTML 5, JavaScript, and CSS
•        Fluency in English, both verbal and written
•        A degree level qualification in computer science or similar

        Good communication skills
        Able to self-organize own work
        Has Analytic thinking and problem solving skills
        University degree or equivalent
        Self-motivator
