Sourcing Specialist (intern)
Location: Beijing/ Shanghai/ Chengdu
Responsible for front end talent research to support our organization. We build the teams that drive advanced technology innovation, therefore a strong commitment to innovation and technology is important to this role. The purpose of this role is to build robust research strategies to identify current viable external talents as well as future pipeline at all levels for various positions.
Key Qualifications
• Recruiting-related experience preferred – including, but not limited to: research, sourcing, networking, competitor analysis and market trends analysis.
• Possesses research and networking skills with social networks, and data mining skill.
• Understands the value of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
• Motivated to communicate and influence effectively with team, customers, and candidates.
• Takes initiative, and acts proactively to leverage all resources to unearth the very best talent.
• Results oriented. A desire to succeed and deliver upon required metrics successfully.
• Hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Job Location and Timing:
- Location: Shanghai/ Beijing/ Chengdu (company-provided free shuttle)
- 4 to 5 days per week.
- 1 year internship is preferred, but this is open for negotiation
