Intel Sales and Marketing group provides world-class support at the OEM, developer and end-user levels. In addition, the group is involved in Internet and e-Commerce strategies, as well as the execution of worldwide Intel architecture branded product strategies. Intel is expanding breadth of products and recent acquisitions are providing vast opportunities in Sales and Marketing now and in the future for both the technical and business-oriented.
Intel China Embedded Sales Group own the sales and marketing of Intel Architecture CPU and chipsets to embedded/IoT, Communication and Infrastructure, Networking device, storage, SSD and Nan Flash, and cable modem, STB market, which have offices in 3 locations: Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. ESG Marketing Service team take the responsibilities to plan and execute GTM programs for ESG all segments in China which include Advertisement, branding and marketing campaign, PR, events and training, communication assets design…etc.
Job Description:
Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are exempt non-technical in nature. Basically which include:
-marketing programs operation such as:
A.Finance process including shopping basket raising, PO tracking and new vendor creation in system, POP collection
B. Internal Marketing communication program such as: Paper working on event calendar consolidates, design and delivers, internal marketing events, demo room set up, news on circuit, etc.
C. Marketing communication assets management such as ESG PRC marketing promotional merchandise design production manage and shipment such as collateral, brochure, datasheet, giveaway, etc.
D. Support Marketing programs such as BAP in coordination as needed
E. Support Marcom team in team admin such as team meeting and cross team meetings set up
-Corporate and industrial marketing Events Supports:
A. Support marketing events on execution and implantation such as IDF, conference, show, seminars, etc.
B. Collect Industrial 3rd party event evaluation and info for sharing, coordinate sponsorship and speakership
Qualifications
- Master degree in Marketing, Mass Communication and relevant
- Able to work for 4 days per week for at least 6 months
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- High proficiency in PC and hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and/or Outlook*
- Strong communication skills, good networking skill, analytical skill and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multitask and to work in a dynamic and changing environment either independently or in a team
- Result orientation and pay attention to details
- Positive and self-motivated
- User experience with marketing programs especially events an added advantage
- Previous working experience in multinational companies would be an added advantage
