JOB SUMMARY:
Part of the Operation and Marketing team you will be assisting the operation manager through different tasks & missions, reporting directly to him.  You will also be in charge of personal projects in order to help the brand communicate and expand.

Your main tasks will be:
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
- Identify sales leads: develop company business and other operational work to maximize the market share and revenue
- Develop online and traditional marketing channels to approach target customers and build up the brand image and form word of mouth
- Establish projects/programs independently with strong leadership skills, decision-making skills, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Setting up new sport camps and sport education/training programs.
- Controlling the quality, profitability and growth of the programs, reporting to the CEO
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans for each program.
- Maintaining external relations of the company


Requiredknowledge and skills :
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

-        At least one previous experience in Operation & Marketing environment
-        Business & Marketing background
-        Good communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
-        Good time management skills
-        Great problem solving ability
-        Microsoft Word and Excel and PC based knowledge
