Description
Explore this great internship opportunity within the Internet of Things Group (IoTG) China. The ideal candidate will join a fast paced team working with the PRC leading IoT software companies (ISVs), Service Providers and OEMs to enhance their applications and runtimes on the next generation of Intel Processors. This includes device management/data processing/data analytics on energy segment for upcoming Intel IoT platforms.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Java development for data processing/analytics in energy segment include Exception detection, recommendation, analytics, monitoring, rule definition, etc.
- Application development based on the output of data analytics include baseline application, KPI application, device application, report application etc. based on html5/JS language.
- Code integration between data analytics and device management platform.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a MS or PhD level program pursuing a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineer or similar technical discipline
- Minimum 6 months of experience with the following skill sets:
- Web Backend/Frontend development in Cloud side
- Java/JS/Html5/Mysql
Preferred qualifications
- 6+ months of experience with internet development based on Java
