职位一： 销售部实习生， 6个月
Job description for the position:
1) Deal with some daily administration work;
2) Contract Chop / Posting / Scan and so on;
3) Fax quotation to customer and some other statements
4) Invoice / Gift Posting;
5) Assistant to deal with some urgent things when I am travelling outside;
6) Some simple meeting arrangement. Such as : Car and Accommodation arrangement / Meeting room reservations and so on;
7) Push some simple paper work;
Core competencies the person should have.
Hard working attitude
Good English
Can work 3 days per week at least
职位二： 市场部实习生，6个月
Job description for the position:
- 1. Market research and share marketing information for business team;
- 2. Join the planning process of developing marketing plan, collect and present macro-economic information;
- 3. Work with marcom to organize exhibitions and seminars;
- 4. Support PLM to design product catalogues, data analysis and consolidate report;
- 5. Support on Brand building and other social media program;
- 6. Collect VOC from the customers’ side;
- 7. Communicate with internal cross function;
Core competencies the person should have.
MBA 1-2 Year student
- Good English including written and spoken
- Hands on computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Words, PPT
- Be extroverted and open mind with creative idea
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and detail-oriented
- Willing to take responsibility and do things initiative
- Work period at least 6 months
职位三： 财务部实习生，6个月
Job description for the position:
1. Prepare invoices or sales orders according to bank drafts
2. Fill the form of bank drafts needed by banks
3. Register the bank drafts information when receiving bank drafts
4. Prepare the process of accepting bank drafts
5. Coordinate to deal with other things of Treasury team

Core competencies the person should have.
- Undergraduate, major in accounting.
- Internship experience in accounting
- Good player of MS office especially for Excel.
职位四：研发部门产品安全实习生，6个月
Job description for the position:
1. Support SAP system data management, input, update
2. Support documentation work, like filing, update
3. Coordinate tasks with colleagues
.
Core competencies the person should have.
- Good English
-Can work 3 days per week at least
Daily Salary: Bachelor 100RMB/day; Master 120 RMB/day
