Now is a unique and exciting time to join Freescale’s Global Talent Acquisition organization. With the introduction of a new global business strategy and organizational structure, Freescale is embarking on a new phase of focused growth in which the talent we attract, grow and retain will grow our competitive advantage.  Talent Acquisition Coordinators will collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition team, In Business Human Resources (IBHR) professionals and hiring managers to support a variety of US talent acquisition activities.


Responsibilities       
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
•        Support Talent Acquisition specialists and University Recruiting team with all recruiting related activities, such as internship hiring, sourcing, managing travel arrangements and schedules for on-site interviews, updating Freescale’s recruiting system (Taleo), processing candidate expense reports
•        Partner with HR Operations and helpdesk to ensure all pre-hire status are finished timely, managing pre-hire paperwork
•        Deliver a high level of service to candidates, IBHR and hiring managers by responding to staffing related requests in a timely manner
•        Participate in internal, external and University Recruiting events as needed
•        Independently work on projects in support of department staff, such as referral program
•        Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and correspondence as needed
•        Interact with business on-boarding specialists to ensure positive candidate on-boarding experience
•        Vendor management, including vendor selection, contract renew, etc.

Qualifications
•        Bachelors degree in business, human resources or related field preferred
•        3+ years staffing coordination or directly-related experience preferred
•        A high level of interest in driving success of all talent acquisition activities
•        Confidence and maturity in partnering with all levels of leaders, managers, and internal and external candidates
•        Strong organizational and time management skills, including demonstrated ability to be a self starter, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
•        Ability to effectively work under pressure as an individual or as part of a team
•        Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills required
•        Ability to quickly learn new technology; strong proficiency in internet use and the Microsoft Office suite especially Power point and Excel
•        Recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting or agency environment servicing semiconductor, technology or software industries is a plus
•        Knowledge of Taleo and SAP is a plus
