[ebay实习] Customer Service Intern

Resposibilities:
        Handle JD pre-sale/after-sale questions
        Troubleshoot and identify issues
        Show politeness and a willingness to assist
        Create a relationship of trust between members and eBay
        Provide one-contact resolution
        Educate the member on features and benefits
        Upsell tools and services that would add value
        Provide next steps for member if required
        Take ownership for resolution of the contact
        Provide accurate and complete education on contacts
        Utilize conflict management skills
        Research accounts and transactions to investigate solution to contact issue
        Make judgment calls and decisions based on the information that’s available
        Hold self-accountable to policies, metrics, processes and standards
        Be able to relay tough messages when necessary
Requirements:
        Proficiency in Microsoft Office
        Strong communication skills
        Undergraduate students
