Resposibilities:
Handle JD pre-sale/after-sale questions
Troubleshoot and identify issues
Show politeness and a willingness to assist
Create a relationship of trust between members and eBay
Provide one-contact resolution
Educate the member on features and benefits
Upsell tools and services that would add value
Provide next steps for member if required
Take ownership for resolution of the contact
Provide accurate and complete education on contacts
Utilize conflict management skills
Research accounts and transactions to investigate solution to contact issue
Make judgment calls and decisions based on the information that’s available
Hold self-accountable to policies, metrics, processes and standards
Be able to relay tough messages when necessary
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Undergraduate students
