Talent Sourcer Intern
Location: 上海市闵行区紫竹科学园区紫星路999号
Compensation & Benefits:
• ¥187/day (¥20/h with ¥27 lunch compensations)
• Double salary for extra work;
• Free supply of varieties of snacks, fruit, beverages and coffee;
• Canteen serving varieties of Chinese and western food;
• Shuttle bus of more than 60 lines;
Responsibility:
• Based on Microsoft R&D hiring requirement, sourcing suitable talent in IT market by different channel
• HR phone interview with candidate
• Involving some market research programs like talent mapping, technical domain mapping and etc.
Requirement:
• Has some knowledge or experience on IT industry
• Prefer computer science relevant majority
• Strong passion and career motivation on HR, especially staffing
• Good communication skill
• Staffing intern experience will be a plus
