[ebay实习] Customer Service Intern

Primary Job Responsibilities:               
  1.Handle JD pre-sale/after-sale questions
  2.Troubleshoot and identify issues
3.Show politeness and a willingness to assist
4.Create a relationship of trust between members and eBay
5.Provide one-contact resolution
6.Educate the member on features and benefits
7.Upsell tools and services that would add value
8.Provide next steps for member if required
9.Take ownership for resolution of the contact
10.Provide accurate and complete education on contacts
11.Utilize conflict management skills
12.Research accounts and transactions to investigate solution to contact issue
13.Make judgment calls and decisions based on the information that’s available
14.Hold self-accountable to policies, metrics, processes and standards
15.Be able to relay tough messages when necessary
