Primary Job Responsibilities:
1.Handle JD pre-sale/after-sale questions
2.Troubleshoot and identify issues
3.Show politeness and a willingness to assist
4.Create a relationship of trust between members and eBay
5.Provide one-contact resolution
6.Educate the member on features and benefits
7.Upsell tools and services that would add value
8.Provide next steps for member if required
9.Take ownership for resolution of the contact
10.Provide accurate and complete education on contacts
11.Utilize conflict management skills
12.Research accounts and transactions to investigate solution to contact issue
13.Make judgment calls and decisions based on the information that’s available
14.Hold self-accountable to policies, metrics, processes and standards
15.Be able to relay tough messages when necessary
