Android System Integration Engineering Intern

Description

This position is part of the Android System Integration team within SSG (Software and Services Group) OTC (Open Source Technology Center) CSE (China System Engineering) in Shanghai Zizhu site. It will provide you the great opportunity to work on industry leading product and technology. You will work as an Android System Integration Engineering Intern and learn the following knowledge:

Ø  Get systematic trainings for Linux and Android OS background.

Ø  Develop python, shell, C language programming skills.

Ø  Understand fundamental diagnostic and validation methods on mobile devices

Ø  Familiar with system level continuous integration working model

The responsibilities include but not limited to:

Ø  Daily validation execution (functional or stress and stability) with automation infrastructure

Ø  Validation script design and maintain.

Ø  Innovation on test and debug tools.

Ø  Develop the new test method and automation base on Android system framework.

Ø  Overall test system maintain and risk item identification and performance tuning

Requirement

Ø  Familiar with software programming and debugging.  

Ø  Familiar with Android System Framework Scope.

Ø  Be good at JAVA, python, script language

Ø  Be good at Linux OS knowledge is plus

Ø  Be good at Git/Gerrit knowledge is plus Self-motivated, initiative, creative and good verbal/written communication skills.

Ø  Strong root-cause analysis and triaging skills for complex software systems.

Ø  Major in CS, EE or related domain, Second-year graduate students, at least 4 full days/week for six months.
