Title: HR Intern (6 months)   Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities
• Responsible for employment administration, including p-file management, training/meeting facilitation and exit procedures
• Implement employees benefits programs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information database and respond to relevant informational requests
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications
•College student majored in Human Resource or related.
• Be acquainted of HR process and practices
• Basic knowledge of China national and local Labor Law and related regulations;
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
