Purchasing COE Intern 采购部实习
Purchasing Operational Excellence internship agent is in charge of ensuring high level follow up on mandatory documentation related to China business.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As a cross functional team player, the candidate will:
•Follow up on missing mandatory documentations from the suppliers and buyers
•Identify expired supplier documents and contact suppliers to renew documentations
•Manage the requests / questions from suppliers and internal counterparts
•Participate to punctual project (labels, Audit, etc…)
Relationship
•Be the key contact for CHINA specific supplier/material documentation collection
•Interact with Sourcing and CoE team to support day to day business continuity
REPORTING:
•As an Operational Excellence Agent s/he is reporting direct line to Global Purchasing Operational Excellence Director and dotted line to the local CoE Manager
REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES :
Education: Bachelor Degree (Business related or chemical subjects).
Experience: A first professional experience is a plus.
General Knowledge & Qualifications
•Team Player capable of working in a cross functional international environment
•Great capacity of analyzing, consolidating and reporting
•Rigorous, focus on performance and on Excel in execution
•Good communication skills in English
Special Knowledge & Qualifications
•Computing skill is a must (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•English – Fluent. Any other language is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
To support marketing managers in the following visual design tasks:
1.Regular presentations
2.Concept board design (product mockups, mood boards)
3.Fragrance promo kit, X-stands
4.Movie and animation, Tailor-made fragrance submission boards
Job Requirements
1.PPT Skill
2.Graphics and Video Design Skill. User of Photoshop, Visual, or other iOS Software, preferred major in Industrial Design or related
3.Prefer experience in marketing toolkit design
4.At least 3 working days per week

Job Responsibility
-Communicate, service and support account manger
-Respond to customer inquiries on questionnaire, samples request, order issue
-Co-ordinate between flavorist/application/sampling team
-Apply price quotation from pricing office
-Responsible for weekly project list searching, organization and printout
-Handle phone call from clients
-Provide monthly sales reports to sales team
Qualified applicants will have the following profile:
