Accountabilities 职责:
Conduct Job analysis and search strategy planning.

Talent search and assessment, best fulfill client needs on schedule and quality;

Efficiently deliver service in order to achieve financial objectives;

Responsible for delivery quality and drive client satisfaction by providing insightful consulting services.
为客户提供具有洞察力的人才咨询服务,对交付质量和达成客户满意负有责任
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with client organization.

Qualification Required 申请资格:
1. Age 23-35, college and above degree. 23岁以上,本科及以上学历;
2. Preferred with head hunting experience, or with more than 1 year SALES or client service experience; 有1年以上招聘,或销售,或客服,或咨询,或面向客户的岗位经验;
3. Fast leraning ability, and good client servicing skill; 快速学习能力,良好的客户服务能力;
4. Passionate, open, dedicated, honest and easy going with teammates. 热情、开朗、敬业、诚实,亲和力好,擅与人沟通;
5. Good Chinese and English written ability. 较好的中英文书面表达能力。
