1.        招聘：发布职位，筛选简历，电话面试，安排面试等。
2.        培训：培训需求分析，培训安排
3.        绩效管理
4.        员工关系和员工沟通
5.        亚太区人才管理项目设计

任职要求：
1. 性别和专业不限，想在HR领域长期发展
2. 思维敏捷，沟通能力强，责任心强
3. 每周2-3天工作
4. 英语一般读写能力
