Strategic Planning Intern

Overview

This is a competitive 6-month internship at Sanofi-Aventis China, the #3 globa
l pharmaceutical company and #170 Fortune 500 company. The intern will report
directly to the Head of Business Development and Strategic Planning for Greate
r China, working with former top-tier consulting firm managers, and develop st
rong analytical and strategy skills to conduct market analysis and develop bus
iness plans. You will be expected to attend business meetings, independently c
onduct market analysis extensively using Excel, and develop business plans wit
h advanced PowerPoint skills. Top performers have gone on to top Masters/MBA p
rograms in the U.S. and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

1.Advanced excel analysis of market data
2.Prepare market research reports
3.Help develop PowerPoint slides for presentation to senior management
4.Conduct translation of documents from Chinese to English
5.To take additional responsibilities as assigned based on capability

Position Requirements

1.Education
- Current undergraduate or postgraduate student
- Pharma/Biotech background will be a plus, business related majors also welco
me

2.Skills/Competence
- Very strong analytical skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Interpersonal communication skill
- Patient and detail-oriented
- Enthusiastic, Team player

3.Other
- Salary: Undergraduate: 110RMB/day Graduate: 140RMB/day
- 3-4 days/week
- Duration：6 months
- Location：Shanghai
