HR Intern

Location:

Kerry Parkside, Pudong District, Shanghai.

部门简介：

Morgan Stanley's Human Resources Department provides human resources support and strategy for all of Morgan Stanley's businesses worldwide.

The division is comprised of coverage and product teams. Coverage teams partner with business units to deliver human resources services including Recruiting, Data Analysis,Employee Relations, Compensation Analysis and Performance Management.

Human Resources product groups include Compensation, Benefits, Firmwide Data and Morgan Stanley University, further supporting these coverage teams.

Job Responsibility:

1．Recruitment coordination in lateral recruitment.
2．Recruiting data maintenance, and provide relevant recruiting reports.
3．Other basic recruiting tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:

1.Can work at least 4 days/week
2.Expert at Excel, Word and PPT
3.Fluent verbal / written English skills
4.CS/Engineering related background preferred
5.Team player with excellent communication skills and can work under pressure
6.Detail-oriented, patient and responsible
