MANUFACTURING ADMINISTRATOR生产管理培训生
Individual Accountabilities
1. Leadership
• Support to motivate and develop the production team;
• Support to improve the safety culture of workshop, foster necessary changes and act as role model;
• Support implementation of safety initiatives and put in place standards and programs to ensure safety of all employees working in responsible area;
• Coordinate all production activities with help of manager and Supervisors;
2. Strategic
• Support manager to create a culture which to make operators think they are the owner of the shop floor and fulfill the company strategy;
• Support all the improvement of production activity to improve the manufacturing efficiency, increase automation rate;
3. Operational
• Ensure Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/ Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in place for all tasks
• Record all safety incidents into IMS in a timely manner, support team to record incident investigation, assign actions and follow up with action owners in IMS.
• Update all quality incidents into CNC system in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Support manager and supervisor to develop new tools, maintenance, and other operational procedure to detect production problems;
• Study SAP skill and support the operators in daily operation and problem solving, maintain SAP master data for Production
• Be the owner for PCN, AMS, LMS;
• Train the operator all the SOP and WI
• Support the manager and supervisor to control the stock of workshop, and reduce the loss;
• Support the manager and supervisor to maintain the highest standard of housekeeping;
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years’ of work experience in chemical production environment or planning team.
2. High safety and quality sense.
3. Have technical background and data analytical skills, experience of SAP Production module. Good at Excel, WORD, PPT.
4. B.S. Degree is required. English communication, read and writing skills are must.
5. Good team worker.
R&D Microbiology Intern (3 to 6 months)
As the successful applicant, you will join the Microbiology team and be responsible for providing technical support for the projects of Microbiology Lab.
Job Responsibility
• Prepare media, solutions and consumables
• Participate in microbiological experiments, e.g. Microbial inoculation, subculturing and enumeration, preparation of bacterial solutions, microbial growth curve study, manual antimicrobial tests
• Assist in media and waste sterilization, with the exclusion of autoclave operation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Keep proper and timely records of experimental information.
Profile
• University or College undergraduate or graduate majored in microbiology, biotechnology, molecular biology or other biology related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of Microbiology is required.
• Some experience of laboratory work is preferred.
• Passion for Microbiology is a plus.

R&D Technician – Biochemistry
Job Responsibility
• Main task: small scale fermentation
• Other tasks: execute biochemical and microbiological experiments:
growth of microbial strains in tubes and shake flasks
expression of recombinant enzymes
in vitro and in vivo bio-transformations
6 samples preparation for gas chromatography (GC) analysis
7 natural products extraction/purification
• Prepare media, solutions and consumables
• Sterilisation of media and waste
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Keep proper and timely records of experimental information
• Assist in data analysis and report preparation as required
• Timely report and/or solve problems/challenges in experiments
Profile
• B.Sc./M.Sc. majored in one of the following disciplines: biotechnology, biochemistry, bioengineering, microbiology, molecular biology or other related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a pharma/biotech laboratory
• In particular experience in small scale fermentation
• Good knowledge of biochemistry, microbiology and fermentation technology is required
• Good hands-on and best practice laboratory skills
• Great reliability when following pre-established procedures, good experimental habits
• Highly self-motivated, open-minded, good communication and team player
• Working knowledge of English (written and spoken) is required
• Computer literacy is essential, with user knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
• Basic knowledge of molecular biology and gas chromatography is a plus

Job Requirements:
1. PPT Skill
2. Graphics and Video Design Skill. User of Photoshop, Visual, or other iOS Software, preferred major in Industrial Design or related
3. Prefer experience in marketing toolkit design
4. At least 3 working days per week
